  • Produce briefing documents for suppliers.

FINAL ARRANGEMENTS, ON-SITE AND POST EVENT

  • Produce on-site schedules.
  • Set up and run staff briefings.
  • On-site management of all logistical arrangements.
  • Budget reconciliation.
